University of Minnesota National Scholarship is for residents in states outside of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship is for high school seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Students must demonstrate leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship. Ford Built Tough – $1,000 Scholarship is for students pursuing either a 2 or 4 year degree. Applicants must apply online and visit their local Ford Truck dealer for an electronic signature. Grow Ag Leaders – $1,500 Scholarship is for high school seniors or students enrolled full-time in college who are interested in a career in the agriculture industry. The Bayer Fund offers $1,500 scholarships. Students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and receive endorsements from qualifying farmers. The deadline is January 9th. More information here.
Built Ford Tough Scholarship awards $1,000 to students with a wide variety of higher education plans and career goals who are interested in agriculture related fields. ASLA Council of Fellows Scholarship is for students interested in landscape architecture at a LAAB-accredited institution. Applicants must be a member of ASLA.One $10,000 scholarship and up to three $5,000 runner-up scholarships are awarded each year to promising students, with priority given to students of underrepresented populations and/or with financial need.. The Provost Scholarship is offered to non-residents of Oregon for Oregon State University. Applicants must have an unweighted high school GPA of 3.0 or higher. Scholarship amounts are up to $12,000. Priority consideration is given to students who submit their application for admission on or before February 1st; students who apply after February 1st will be considered on a funds-available basis. The Regents’ Scholarship Program provides $1,250 annual awards to graduating high school seniors who are preparing academically and financially for attending any public institution as well as Brigham Young University – Provo, LDS Business College, or Westminster College. This scholarship is available for Utah high school students who are planning to attend selected Utah colleges and universities. Students must complete the requirements for an associate’s degree (or the 48-credit math and science curriculum) by high school graduation, and have a high school grade point average of 3.0 or higher and a college grade point average of 3.0 or higher. This four-year award of $2,000 per year is available to any new freshmen who have completed 12 concurrent enrollment credits from any Utah college. Faye and Charolette Bryner Scholarship Fund for Native American Students is for a graduate student who is of Native American descent or whose professional plans are to work in education in the Native American Community. Utah Jiffy Lube Teen Driver Scholarship Program is for Utah teens either currently in Driver’s Ed or already have their permit or license. Students aged between 15 and 17 may apply, as well as 18-year-olds. Interested students must submit a 500-word essay answering Jiffy Lube’s prompt. The scholarship selects three finalists and those three students must submit a 1 to 2-minute video expanding on their essay. NIADA Foundation Regional Scholarships offers 4 different scholarships to high school seniors who aspire to join the automotive industry. The Real Life Scholarship is a need-based college scholarship available to high school seniors or college students of refugee or immigrant background. Scholarships are awarded in the amounts of $5,000, $3,000, and $2,000. Jane Silverstein Ries Foundation Annual Student Scholarship awards $2,500 to landscape architecture students throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Applicants must be a student enrolled in an accredited landscape architecture program (BLA or MLA), and must be a student from Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho, and Nevada. International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Scholarship is for students participating in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma program. Freshmen to the University of Oregon must have scored 30 or higher on the IB exam and complete the IB Diploma. The scholarship offers $3,000 and is renewable for up to 3 years. Daniels Scholarship Program provides a four-year college scholarship. The amount varies depending on the student’s expected Family Contribution (EFC) and their choice of school. The scholarship pays up to \$25,000 per year toward the student’s college tuition, after their EFC, other scholarships, and financial aid. Eligible candidates’ parent(s) or legal guardian(s) must have an Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of $100,000 or less on the 2022 federal tax return on which the applicant is claimed as a dependent and review of other assets. . Candidates must also be a permanent US resident and a high school senior graduating from a school in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, or Wyoming. WICHE Professional Student Exchange Program offers scholarships for those interested in out-of-state professional healthcare programs. Degree paths include dentistry, allopathic medicine, occupational therapy, optometry, osteopathic medicine, pharmacy, physical therapy, physician assistant, and veterinary medicine. University of South Carolina Alumni Scholars Award (Nonresidents) awards \$120,000 across four years to non- South Carolina resident freshmen. Must be a non-resident freshman at UofSC, recognized for academic excellence, leadership, talent, and service and eligible for only one Admissions Merit Award, except for the Provost Scholars Award. This is for $1,500. This is given to undergraduate and graduate students in need of financial support who provide a helping hand in their service as leaders to the community. Recipients must have volunteered at least one semester at the Bennion Center, plan to commit a minimum of one year of service in the upcoming academic year, and demonstrate a dedication to public service on a current resume. This is for $2,000. The scholarship promises a financial award of $1,000 for junior year tuition and, following, an additional $1,000 for senior year, awarded one at a time. This is the most prestigious scholarship offered at Brigham Young University. Recipients must demonstrate the highest standards of character, leadership, integrity, testimony, devotion to the Church, and modesty in word, action, dress, and grooming, thereby modeling the values outlined in the For the Strength of Youthpamphlet. They select 50 new entering freshman students each year to receive this award, which is valued at 150% of Latter-day Saint tuition for eight semesters. Learn more here.
