Please find information below about scholarships specifically for Florida students. Some of the deadlines may be from prior years. Scholarship deadlines are cyclical, so even if a deadline has passed, the website will likely be updated for the current school year. January

Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship Program awards students $7,500 per year to those that show leadership, community service, and financial need. Applicants must be graduating high school, intend to enroll into a four year college/university, display the qualities above, and have a minimum SAT score of 1000 or ACT score of 22. The deadline is January 9th. More information here. 

 

$1,000 Scholarship gives out 500 $1,000 scholarships. Students who are pursuing a two-year or four-year degree in any major are eligible to apply for the Ford Built Tough – $1,000 Scholarship. The application deadline is January 9th. Learn more here. 

 

Equitable Excellence Scholarship awards students $5,000 per year to those that display academic success, determination, and leadership. Applicants must be graduating seniors and enroll full time into a college/university. Please note that if chosen, students may have to submit pictures and information pertaining to their successes for the purpose of promotion. The deadline to apply is January 12th. Sierra Nevada Corporation Women in STEM Scholarship awards female students interested in the STEM field $7,500. Applicants must be a graduating senior, enroll full or part time, have obtained a minimum GPA of 3.5, submit a transcript and a recommendation letter. The deadline is January 13th. University of South Florida Directors Award is up to $10,000 to students attending University of South Florida. Applicants must have a 4.0 GPA, a 1340+ on SAT or 29+ on ACT. The deadline to apply is January 15th. Learn more here.

 

University of South Florida Presidential Award offers awards up to $20,000 to students attending University of South Florida. The requirements  needed is a 4.30+ gpa and 1430+ SAT or 32+ ACT. The deadline to apply is January 15th. More details here.

 

University of South Florida Scholars Award gives $6000 to students attending University of South Florida. Applicants must have a 3.80+ GPA and a 1240+ SAT or 26+ ACT score. The deadline to apply is January 15th. Learn more here.

 

Howard Club of Southwest Florida Scholarship offers various awards to students attending or planning on attending Howard University based on financial need. Applicants must submit a recent transcript, an essay about your goals and how you plan to achieve them. Students must have participated in volunteer work, extracurriculars or an internship. Students must also submit multiple letters of recommendations. In order to remain eligible for these scholarships, students must maintain a 2.75 GPA and status of good standing at Howard University and continue to demonstrate leadership and community support activities. GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program grants students $10,000 to those that exemplify leadership, integrity, and drive within their schools and communities. Applicants must be a graduating senior, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and plan to pursue an undergraduate degree full time. The deadline is January 31st. More information here.

 

Florida Retired Educators Foundation Scholarship gives $1000 each year to high school seniors who are interested in teaching but have financial needs.The minimum score for SAT is 1,000 or above and an ACT score of 22 or above. Students must also have a 2.0 GPA. The deadline to apply is January 31st. More info here.

 

InspirASIAN Scholarship Program gives a $2000 award to support graduating high school seniors with their college education. Applicants must have a 3.4 GPA, plan to attend college/university, be a citizen, and be a resident of one of the following states where we currently have participating InspirASIAN chapters. Princeton Prize in Race Relations (PPRR) honors and awards high school students who have made substantial contributions to racial justice and understanding in their schools or communities through voluntary activities. Each of the Princeton Prize in Race Relations recipients receives an award of $1,000. The application deadline is January 31st. Learn more here.

 

February

George Snow Scholarship Fund offers awards up to $14,373.05 to high school seniors attending school in Palm Beach County or select Broward County schools. Applicants need to demonstrate financial need. The deadline to apply is February 1st. Learn more here.

Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council Scholarship awards students $2,500 to those interested in the law, financial planning, charitable giving, investment advisory, accounting, or life insurance. Applicants must be graduating from a high school in Palm Beach County, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, an interest in the subject areas listed, and a background in those areas. Peter Jay Sharp Foundation Scholarship Fund for Conservation/Environment Studies awards students $5,000 per year to those interested in studying environmental studies. Applicants must be involved in environmental projects, be graduating from a high school in Palm Beach County, and must maintain a 3.0 to maintain your eligibility. Walter and Adi Blum Scholarship offers various awards to immigrant students that are pursuing their undergraduate degree. Applicants must be an immigrant graduating from a high school in Palm Beach or Martin County and display financial need. The deadline to apply is February 3rd. More details here.

 

Jimmy Rane Foundation Scholarship gives $5000 to students who are deserving in college and pursuing regular faculty and curriculum. High school senior applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, college applicants must have at least 2.75 GPA, and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. The application deadline is February 6th. Arts for Life! Scholarship awards $1,000 to 25 Florida high school seniors who demonstrate academic and artistic excellence in creative writing, dance, drama, music or the visual arts. Students must also write a brief essay explaining “how the arts have positively influenced my life” and a portfolio of works. The deadline to apply is February 11th. Learn more here.

 

Apollo Beach Women’s Club Scholarship grants female students varying amounts to those that display academic success, financial need, qualities of leadership, and have a background in extracurriculars. Applicants must be graduating from East Bay or Lennard high school, pursue an undergraduate degree in a Florida institution, display the qualities above, submit a written essay and two letters of recommendation. Simon Youth Greg Saunders Legacy Scholarship Program Accepted applicants may receive up to $3,000. This scholarship is not renewable, however, applicants can re-apply for up to 4 years. In order to be eligible, you must be the dependent son or daughter of a full-time or part-time employee of Simon Property Group who has been employed for at least one year, be 23 years old or younger, Be a high school senior or current college student planning to enroll in full-time; undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational/technical school. Salute to Education Scholarship offers awards up to $1000 to students in Miami-Dade or Broward County High School. Applicants need to have a 3.0 G.P.A. and demonstrate financial need. The deadline to apply is February 14th. More details here.

 

Hispanic Scholarship Fund awards students of Hispanic descent $500 – $5,000  to those who are pursuing higher education. Applicants must have obtained a minimum GPA of 3.0, enroll in a college/university full time, and submit a FAFSA application. The deadline to apply is February 15th. More details here.

 

Florida Engineering Society Scholarship grants students various awards to those interested in the field of engineering. Applicants must be graduating high school, have obtained minimum test scores for SAT or ACT, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, enroll in an ABET program, and submit AP, IB and AICE test scores along with a transcript. Barry L. Carey M.D Scholarship awards students $400 to those that identify with the Catholic faith and are first in their family to attend higher education. Applicants must reside within the counties listed, graduate from a private/public/Catholic/homeschool located in Diocese of Venice, submit a written essay along with a Parish Affirmation form, be accepted into a college/university, and have a background in extracurriculars. Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, Inc. offers awards up to $6000 to help dependents or descendants of workers who were injured or killed in the course of their employment and who received benefits under the Florida Workers’ Compensation Law. High school seniors must have 2.7 G.P.A. and college applicants must have 3.0 G.P.A. and at least 12 credits each semester. The deadline to apply is February 28th. More details here.

 

(ISC)² Women in Information Security Scholarship grants female students various awards ranging from $1,000 – $5,000 to those interested in pursuing a career in cybersecurity or anything related. Applicants must have obtained a minimum GPA of 3.3, be a graduating senior, and enroll full or part time into a college/university, submit a written essay, transcript, recommendation letter, and resume. Nat Moore Scholarship offers awards up to $10,000 scholarships to graduating seniors from high schools in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe Counties. Applicants need to demonstrate financial need and have a 2.5 GPA. The deadline to apply is February 28th. Learn more here.

 

The Gold Coast Jazz Society’s Jeanette M. Russell Scholarship Fund gives up to $1500 to students pursuing an education in jazz studies. Students must be Florida residents and demonstrate financial need. The deadline to apply is February 28th. More info here.

 

March

AWS Airgas Jerry Baker Scholarship gives $2500 to eligible Florida residents that are U.S or Canada citizens who are interested in pursuing a career in welding engineering. The minimum age of 18, a GPA of 2.8, and a 3.0 in engineering is required. The deadline to apply is March 1st. Read more here.

 

AWS Airgas Terry Jarvis Memorial Scholarship gives $2500 to eligible Florida residents who are interested in pursuing a career in welding engineering. To be eligible, you must be  18 years or older,  have a GPA of 2.8, and have a 3.0 in engineering. The deadline to apply is March 1st. More info here.

 

AWS William B. Howell Memorial Scholarship gives $2500 to eligible Florida residents that are U.S citizens. This will provide financial assistance to those individuals interested in pursuing a career in welding engineering. Students may be enrolled full or part time. Dixie Youth Baseball Scholarship offers awards up to $2000 for former players to obtain a college education. Applicants must have played in a Dixie Youth Baseball franchised league, before age 13. Factors such as financial need, scholastic record and citizenship are also weighted. The deadline to apply is March 1st. Read more here.

 

Selby Scholarship offers awards up to $7000 to high school senior or associate degree students residing at Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte or DeSoto counties. Applicants must be planning to pursue a Bachelor’s degree from college/university on a full-time basis. Students need to demonstrate financial need and a 3.0 GPA. The deadline to apply is March 1st. Manatee County Medical Education Scholarship Fund offers awards up to $2000 for students who are pursuing health related fields. Students must be US citizens residing in Manatee County who are enrolled or plan to attend 2 or 4 year college or university with 2.5 gpa. Applicants must demonstrate financial need. Mary Fran Carroll Traditional Scholarship offers awards up to $3000 to students residing  in Sarasota County, Florida. Applicants need to demonstrate community service and have a GPA of 3.2. The deadline to apply is March 2nd. More details here. 

 

Mary Fran Carroll Non-Traditional Scholarship offers awards up to $3000 to residents of Sarasota County, Florida who have been out of high school for three or more years and want to continue higher education but are facing financial difficulties. Frederick W. Schaerf, M.D., Ph.D. Neuroscience Scholarship offers awards up to $4000 to high school seniors at Bishop Verot Catholic High School in Fort Myers, Florida that are interested in pursuing a career in neuroscience or related fields. Students need to demonstrate good academic, volunteer hours and  extracurricular activities. The deadline to apply is March 2nd. More info here. 

 

Sunshine Opportunity Scholarships offers awards up to $25,000 for undergraduate studies at Public studies in Florida, to help high-achieving students with financial need. The requirements are 3.0+ GPA, attend high school in these counties in the Tampa Bay area of Florida: Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco. The deadline to apply is March 4th. Read more here.

 

Tall Clubs International Student Scholarships Students 21 and under about to enter their 1st year of college are eligible to apply. Furthermore, in order to apply the applicant must meet the height requirements of TCI which is  5′ 10″ (178 cm) for women, and 6′ 2″ (188 cm) for men. Eda and Cliff Viner Community Scholarship offers awards up to $20,000 as last dollar scholarship to 4 year scholarships to public Florida Universities or Colleges High School students in Boca & Delray. To be eligible, students must have at least a 3.0 GPA, 100 hours of community service in high school, proof of financial assistance, attended one of the partner high schools, and will be attending a Florida college or university. Aviation Management Scholarship awards up to $2,000 to students that are a current college junior or senior or graduate student enrolled in an aviation program at an accredited two- or four-year college/university in the United States or Canada. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. The deadline to apply is March 14th. AAAE Foundation

 

Harriette Glasner Social Justice Scholarship awards students $2,000 to those involved with social justice within their communities. Applicants must be involved within their communities, applied to a college/university, and submit a recommendation letter. The deadline to apply is March 15th. More details here. 

 

Pathway to Success Scholarship covers the remaining costs of attending university for 4 years. This is available to first generation college female students. Applicants must be a Florida resident applying to a 4-year public in state university. The deadline to apply is March 15th. Read more here.

 

CBC Spouses Performing Arts Scholarship offers African-American/Black students financial assistance awards for financial assistance (varies). Applicants must be seeking a performing arts degree, at least a 2.5 GPA and full-time enrollment to be eligible for the scholarship. The deadline for applying is March 15th. Learn more here.

 

CBC Spouses Visual Arts Scholarship awards full-time African-American/Black students up to $3,000 for degrees related to visual arts such as photography, graphic design, architecture and more. Applicants must have at least a 2.5 GPA to be eligible. The application deadline is March 15th. Learn more here.

 

The Foundation for Seminole County Public Schools Scholarship offers over $40,000 to Seminole County Public Schools graduates. All graduating seniors from a high school of Seminole County Public Schools are eligible to apply. Requirements vary depending on schools. The deadline to apply is March 17th. Learn more here.

 

FCHCC Achieving the Dream Scholarship is up to $20,000. This is available to Hispanic/Latino descent students to help them continue their education. Students must have a 3.0 GPA and are pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. They must be  residents of one of the counties: Duval, Baker, St. Johns, Clay or Nassau. NIADA Foundation Regional Scholarships offers awards up to $3500 to high school seniors who have shown good academic, leadership and service in the community. To be eligible, applicants must legally reside in required regions, have outstanding academic achievement records, and have a positive attitude in college work. The deadline to apply is March 21st. Pen Air Federal Credit Union Scholarship Program offers awards up to $1250 to help Pen Air student members pursue a college education. To be eligible, applicants must be a high school senior and primary member of Pen Air Federal Credit Union. A minimum of 2.0 G.P.A is required, and may not apply for additional scholarships. Balkhi Foundation Higher Education Scholarship offers awards up to $1000 to students planning on majoring in education and must be attending high school in the state of Florida. To be eligible a 3.5 GPA with financial need is required to apply. The deadline for the application is March 26th. Learn more here.

 

CBC Spouses Education Scholarship awards African- American/ Black students seeking a full-time post secondary education. Applicants must demonstrate leadership qualities and reside in a CBC member district. Applicants must have at least a 2.5 GPA to be eligible. The application deadline is March 29th.  Read more here.  

 

The awarded amount varies.This competition allows academically gifted and highly driven high school juniors and seniors a chance to address a topic that reflects some of our communities most important challenges through an essay. Allamanda Garden Club Horticulture Scholarship gives $1500 to students attending a college/university in the US. Preference will be given to students who are residents of North Port, Port Charlotte, Englewood or Venice, Florida. Applicants will need to demonstrate horticulture ability as well as interest and potential in horticulture. The deadline to apply is March 31st. Read more here.

 

April

G. Napier and Ellen T. Wilson Scholarship Fund gives an average of $4,200 to outstanding high school volunteers at both the Aspinwall and the Highland Park facilities of the Veterans Administration Hospital. Applicants must have a minimum of 100 volunteer hours at the Veterans Administration Hospital, proof of financial need, and a minimum 2.0 GPA. The deadline to apply is April 1st. José Martí Scholarship Challenge Grant Fund offers awards up to $2000 as financial assistance to eligible students of Hispanic origin who will attend Florida institutions. Applicants must be high school seniors,  a Florida resident, and a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen. A minimum of 3.0 GPA is required to enroll as a degree-seeking student for a minimum of 12 credits each semester. The deadline to apply is April 1st. More info here. 

 

CFJS Scholarships offer awards of $2,500, $2,000, $1,500 and  $1,000 to high school seniors or students in the first 3 years of college who are interested in the studies of jazz music. Applicants must be residents of Florida,  attend or plan to attend a college in Central Florida. An audition audio or video containing 1 or 2 brief improvised choruses of 2 selections of different tempos is required. The deadline to apply is April 3rd. More details here. 

 

ESA Youth Scholarship offers $12,000 to high school seniors who have a first responder parent(s) to show the program’s appreciation to the hard work of the first responders. Students who live in a participating state must enter their local ESA Chapter awards to become eligible for the overall national awards. The deadline to apply is April 4th. Learn more here

 

The IT Women Scholarship Program offers awards up to $8000 to increase the number of women earning information technology and engineering degrees. Applicants must be female high school seniors residing in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach Counties and that will be majoring in engineering or technology field. The deadline to apply is April 4th. Southeast Desalting Association Scholarship awards students interested in the water industries $2,500 to those that have a background in work and community service, display academic success, leadership and determination. Applicants must be graduating high school and enrolled into a Florida college/university with the intention to study water related industries, have obtained a minimum GPA of 2.5, and submit a transcript along with two recommendation letters. Suncoast Music Scholarship offers awards up to $3000 in music education scholarship to 10th-12th grade music students who reside in Sarasota or Manatee County. Applicants are required to perform a minimum of 2 pieces of music with contrasting styles from different periods. The deadline to apply is April 11th. More details here.

 

The Pearl Mae Foundation Scholarship for Healthcare and First Responders is for students who want to pursue careers in health care or first responder fields to help support the increased demands of the growing senior population. Priority is given to students living in South Florida. The amount varies and the deadline to apply is April 11th. More details here.

 

SETC Scholarships offers awards up to $2000 to high school seniors planning to major in theater in the SETC region. Applications are open to SETC members only. The deadline to apply is April 15th. Learn more here.

 

Alphonse A. Miele Scholarship awards about $1500 to high school seniors at any public or private secondary school who will be attending an accredited campus-based college or university program in the United States. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and reside in one of the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and or Wisconsin. The deadline to apply is April 15th.Learn more here.

The Antonio Amaral Foundation awards students with $6,400 to those that have a background in community service and extracurriculars, display academic success, qualities of leadership, and are of Portuguese descent. Applicants must reside in Florida, have a parent participating in Portuguese Cultural Organizations, and plan to pursue an undergraduate degree. This scholarship is renewable for up to four years. FEE Scholarships awards $1000 per year to students majoring in an engineering program. Applicants must be enrolled as a sophomore, junior, or senior attending a University in Florida. Applicants must have earned a minimum high school GPA of 2.75 and be an active member of the FES chapter in the applicant’s university . The deadline to apply is April 18th.Learn more here.

 

FECON Scholarships awards $1000 per year to students interested in pursuing a career in the field of construction.  Applicants must be entering their junior or senior year of a Florida university and accepted into an engineering program. Applicants need a minimum 3.0 GPA and be recommended by an engineering faculty member. The deadline to apply is April 18th. Learn more here.

 

Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation Scholarship offers awards up to $2000 to students diagnosed with cancer before age of 21 and wish to achieve their high education. Applicants must be permanent residents of one of the following counties: Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, or Union. Coral Springs Craft Guild Art Scholarship offers awards up to $500 to local high school seniors living in Coral Springs or attending a Coral Springs high school, or have interest in art craft or their parents are members of the craft guild. The deadline to apply is April 23rd.  Read more here. 

 

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund and the Sallie Mae Fund come together to provide financial aid to exceptional students attending authorized post-secondary schools. Twenty-five students who have completed a two-year, four-year, or trade/vocational certificate/certification program will be chosen to earn a scholarship worth up to $10,000.00. Applicants must be high school seniors planning to enroll as  full-time students at an accredited post-secondary institution or continuous education program, be a US citizen or permanent resident, be Pell Grant-eligible, and be a diverse candidate or from an underserved community. Kobrin Family Scholarship awards students $2,500 to those that reside within the counties of Orange, Seminole, or Osceola who plan to attend University of Central Florida. Applicants must have obtained a GPA of 3.2 or higher, reside within the counties listed, have an SAT score of at least 1210 or an ACT score of 25, and have a background in community service. This scholarship is renewable for four years if the GPA above is maintained. The deadline to apply is April 30th. More details here.

 

Florida Green Building Coalition Scholarship offers awards up to $1000 to Florida high school students for higher education in green building. Students must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States and a resident of Florida that are attending Florida University or College. The deadline to apply is April 30th. Learn more here.

 

May

Fellows Foundation Scholarship awards students pursuing training at an accredited college in the fields of  medicine, nursing, medical technology, and the ministry. Applicants must be a U.S citizen and resident of Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, or Walton County, Florida. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and demonstrate good moral character and academic achievement. The deadline to apply is May 1st. More details here. 

 

Florida Gateway College Scholarships offers a wide variety of financial aid based on the students major ranging from horticulture, music, nursing, allied health and many more. To qualify, applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5. They must also be enrolled in 6 credits or more, depending on the scholarship this could change from 6 credits to 12. The deadline to apply is May 1st. More details here.

 

Javier Coto Scholarship awards students enrolled in the School of Engineering and Technology at Miami Dade College. To qualify, applicants must be a current resident in Miami Dade County, and be enrolled in one or more of the following courses: Artificial Intelligence Thinking, Machine Learning Foundations, Introduction to Natural Language, etc. The deadline to apply is May 1st. Keisha Bodden Scholarship offers awards up to $500 to high school seniors in Central Florida who are pursuing 4 year studies. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and have a minimum  2.75 GPA. The deadline to apply is May 15th. More details here.

 

Bryan Cameron Impact Scholarship awards students full tuition and other mandatory fees to those that display academic success, qualities of leadership, and have a background in community service and extracurriculars. Applicants must have obtained a minimum GPA of 3.7, enroll full time in a college/university, graduate class of 2023, and demonstrate the qualities above. The deadline to apply is  May 30th. Jesse B. Smith Memorial Scholarship offers awards up to $1000 to students  residing in Duval County or any area of Jacksonville. Applicants must be pursuing degrees in city planning, urban studies, public administration or related fields. The deadline to apply is May 31th. Learn more here.

 

June

National Ocean Scholar Program offers students expressing an interest in marine/ ocean fields of study. Applicants must display academic success and have been involved in NOSB once in their high school career. The deadline is June 2nd.  More information here.

 

Stuck At Prom Scholarship Contest awards the winner of a prom attire competition $10,000 in prize money. Applicants must create and wear an outfit made entirely from duct tape. The eight runner ups will also be awarded various amounts of prize money as well. The winner will be decided by community voting. The deadline is June 4th. Learn more here.

 

Deivery Harris Empowerment Scholarship offers awards up to $1,000 to African American students from  Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties for educational justice. To be considered, applicants must be accepted and enrolled in any 4-year public/private institution of higher education, and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. This is only open to students graduating from high school in May or June.The deadline to apply is June 11th. More info here.  

 

Singhaus Scholarship for the Performing Arts awards students $500 – $1,000 to those having interest in the performing arts. SEAFWA Law Enforcement Chief’s College Scholarship awards $1,000 to students who are passionate about wildlife conservation. Women In Defense Scholarship offers awards up to $1000 to encourage women to pursue careers supporting U.S. national security with a focus on defense or foreign policy. The Requirements  are students must be enrolled or expected to be enrolled in college or university, demonstrate financial need, and 3.25 GPA, and be a citizen of the US. Future of Finance Scholarship awards $500 to current or future college students who are enrolled part-time or full-time at an accredited college or university. Applicants need a minimum GPA of 2.0. Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program offers financial aid covering 75% to 100% tuition. This is open to high school seniors for high academic achievement. Students must be Florida residents and a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen. The Gates Scholarship (TGS) is a highly competitive scholarship that provides full tuition coverage for high school seniors from low-income households and minorities who demonstrate excellent academic standing. Students must be planning to enroll in a full-time accredited college or university in the United States. Applicants are required to be a US citizen, or permanent resident, pell- eligible  and have a minimum  GPA of 3.3. The deadline to apply is September 15th. Read more here. 

 

Lettie Pate Whitehead Scholarship grants female students various awards to those that identify with the Christian faith. Applicants must reside in Florida or other states listed, display financial need, and make sure their school of choice is a participating institution. The deadline is September 30th. Antonio Jorge Political Economy Scholarship offers awards up to $500 to students who reside in Miami Dade County, FL and are pursuing an undergraduate degree in political science, history, economic, sociology, international relation or public administration. Heiman High School Scholarship grants students various awards ranging from $1,000 – $10,000 to those that have participated in a sport(s) for at least a year in high school. Fox Pest Control Scholarship gives awards up to $2,000 to high school seniors who enroll in College or University in the US. This helps influence potential young people to become the leader in the community. Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship awards students up to $55,000 each year to those that display academic excellence and financial need. Applicants must be graduating class of 2023, enroll in a college/university for fall 2023, have obtained a minimum GPA of 3.5, and have a familial income of $95,000 or less. Ron Brown Scholars Program awards $10,000 per year to disadvantaged African American/Black students that exemplify academic success and have an interest in global citizenship, public service, business entrepreneurship, or community engagement. Regions Riding Forward Scholarship offers $5000 awards to high school seniors who live in states with regional branches and will attend college in the US. Esports Scholarship offers awards from $500 to $8,000 per year to students that have a passion in esports and an opportunity to earn scholarships that create a path to college and lifelong success. University of Florida Presidential Scholarships gives awards up to $40,000 to students in the University of Florida with high achievement in academics.  The scholarships are awarded based on the application to University of Florida. IU Dean’s Scholarship awards an out of state student up to $11,000 in financial  support for classes, tuition, and other college expenses. Florida First Generation Matching Grant offers financial awards depending on students’ financial needs to help undergraduate students who are enrolled in eligible participating postsecondary institutions.
